2. Appointments & Cancellations

We strive to respect your time and ask that you show the same courtesy. Our appointment scheduling policy is as follows:

• Appointments are requested through our website and finalized via phone or WhatsApp confirmation.
• If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
• Late arrivals of more than 15 minutes may result in the appointment being rescheduled to prevent delays for other patients.
